"We began a relationship with Front Range Natural Meats, LLC,
as we re-opened the historic Wayside Inn in Berthoud, Co. Our concept,
Crafted American Cuisine, uses fresh, local, and natural products
as the base ingredients for our menus that we prepare from 'scratch'.
The all-natural Angus beef offered by Front Range is a perfect addition
to our menu. As a chef, I truly value the commitment they have towards
the quality of their product and the care of their animals. It translates
to the quality of our guests experience. We continue to receive
many compliments on the flavor, quality and tenderness of the beef
we offer. I have found it to be consistent in its flavor, sizing,
marbling and over all quality as well. The Wayside Inn is fortunate
to have been able to offer these products on our menus; Lunch, Dinner,
Pub and Banquets, and I would not hesitate to recommend their product
to you."
